The privacy policy describes the principles of processing by SGI HEATING SP. ZOO. the information about you, including personal data and cookies.

This policy applies to the website located at the URL: sgiheating.pl. The operator and administrator of personal data is SGI HEATING SP. ZOO., Sierocińska 10; 59-220 Legnica, Poland. The operator’s email address for contact is info@sgiheating.pl. The operator is the administrator of your personal data with regard to the data voluntarily provided on the website. The website uses personal data for the following purposes:

  • Conducting online chat conversations.
  • Displaying user ads.
  • Responding to inquiries via the contact form.
  • Preparing, packaging, and shipping products
  • Fulfilling ordered services.
  • Debt collection.
  • Presenting offers or information

The website collects information about users and their behavior in the following ways:

  • Through data voluntarily provided in forms, which are then entered into the operator’s systems.

The hosting company:

  • applies measures to protect against data loss (e.g. disk arrays, regular backups),
  • applies adequate measures to protect processing locations in case of fire (e.g. special fire suppression systems),
  • applies adequate measures to protect processing systems in case of sudden power failure (e.g. redundant power supply paths, generators, UPS voltage backup systems),
  • applies physical access protection measures to processing locations (e.g. access control, monitoring),
  • applies measures to ensure appropriate environmental conditions for servers as elements of the data processing system (e.g. environmental conditions control, specialized air conditioning systems), specjalistyczne systemy klimatyzacji),
  • applies organizational solutions to ensure the highest possible level of protection and confidentiality (training, internal regulations, password policies, etc.),

The hosting company maintains server-level logs for technical reliability purposes. The following resources may be subject to recording:

  • resources identified by a URL identifier (requested resource addresses – pages, files), time of query, time of response, client station name – identification performed by the HTTP protocol, information about errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction,
  • the URL of the previously visited page by the user (referer link) – in case the transition to the Service was made through a link, information about the user’s browser, information about the IP address, diagnostic information related to the process of independently ordering services through recorders on the website, information related to handling electronic mail directed to and sent by the Operator.

4. Your rights and additional information on how your data is used

In some situations, the Administrator has the right to transfer your personal data to other recipients if it is necessary to perform the agreement concluded with you or to fulfill obligations imposed on the Administrator. This applies to such groups of recipients as: couriers, postal operators, insurers, legal offices and debt collectors, payment operators, authorized employees, and associates who use data to achieve the purpose of the website’s operation.

Your personal data processed by the Administrator will not be stored for longer than necessary to carry out activities related to them specified by separate regulations (e.g., accounting). In relation to marketing data, the data will not be processed for longer than 3 years.

You have the right to demand from the Administrator: access to your personal data, their correction, deletion, limitation of processing, and data portability.

You have the right to object to the processing indicated in point 3.3 c) with regard to the processing of personal data for the purpose of the legitimate interests pursued by the Administrator, including profiling. However, the right to object cannot be exercised if there are important legally justified grounds for processing, overriding your interests, rights, and freedoms, in particular establishing, investigating, or defending claims.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, regarding the actions of the Administrator.

Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the service.

Automated decision-making, including profiling, may be used to provide services under the concluded agreement and to conduct direct marketing by the Administrator.

Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of personal data protection regulations. This means that we do not transfer them outside the European Union.

5. Informations in the forms

According to this statement, the service collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if they are provided. The service may also save information about connection parameters (such as the timestamp and IP address). In some cases, the service may save information that facilitates linking the data in the form with the email address of the user filling out the form. In such a case, the user’s email address appears within the URL of the page containing the form. Data provided in the form are processed for the purpose resulting from the specific function of the form, such as handling a service request, commercial contact, or registration of services. The context and description of the form inform the user in a clear way what it is used for.

The operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic through Google Analytics (Google Inc. based in the USA). The operator does not provide personal data to the service operator, only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. The operator uses a solution that automates the operation of the Service in relation to users, such as being able to send an email to the user after visiting a specific subpage, provided they have consented to receiving commercial correspondence from the Operator.
